Serene Brook P/L has opened a new aged care facility EDEN PARK in Geelong 6 months ago. Part of the furniture was purchased from Inside Story. We have found Susan Willis to be very helpful, organized and professional in her approach. There was a great deal of stress associated with purchasing furniture, Susan has provided valuable advice on comfort and ergonomic features of Inside Story furniture i.e. chairs with arms and seating of suitable height,dining room tables with rounded corners and height to allow for wheelchair access etc. Susan understands that facilities must cater for residents with different levels of care and yet a non institutional and home-like environment was achieved in our new facility through use of various furniture designs and surface finishes.
